Firestone Building

439 N 6th Ave Tucson, AZ 85705 at 6th Ave and 6th St.

Firestone is located in the heart of the Warehouse Arts District, which, in 1999, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Since the 1930’s, Firestone and its surrounding area have helped to shape the Tucson we know today. The building was originally built for storage of goods distributed by the nearby railroad. It later housed the Firestone Tire store, hence its name. Since the tire days, the building has come a long way, but it hasn’t lost the features that make it uniquely downtown, uniquely Tucson. The concrete floors, large windows, exposed brick, and open feel remain. Its current dwellers include art galleries, offices, and studios. With its close proximity to 4th Ave and downtown, Firestone is the perfect location for progressive entrepreneurs like your self. Make your own mark on Tucson with retail, gallery, office, and studio spaces from 1,000 to 2,000 S/F. Don’t miss this historic building with great urban style. Enjoy AC, evaporative cooling, all new electric, and a large locker room with showers. These are must see spaces!
